Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic friendly team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring our Culture of Service is met and conveyed to all customers. Smoke shop experience is helpful but we can train the right candidate. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to enhance the customer experience. Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed. Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and product organization. Utilize retail math skills to ensure accurate pricing and promotions are applied correctly. Accurately perform the shift drop and complete drop envelope. Effectively communicate with management and other retail staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. Experience Previous experience in retail smoke shop sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management. A strong ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor is crucial for success in this role. A strong work ethic is required.
