We are looking for a pawn & sales associate to join our team. The right candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a high-level of personal energy. They will need to be able to connect with a diverse range of customers and maintain a professional demeanor while selling products and providing customer service. We are open daily Sunday through Saturday 10am - 7pm. Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Writing Pawn & Purchase Tickets Cleaning merchandise, showroom, and warehouse Sell merchandise to customers Carrying pawn items to back warehouse Answering phone calls

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Some knowledge of firearms, jewelry, electronics, musical equipment, and tools. Minimum 18 years of age High school Diploma or GED Must be able to lift 40 pounds You must be dependable and have a strong work ethic Computer literate and able to operate Point of Sales (POS) systems and common office machines.
