As our company continues to grow, we want to develop leaders from within and provide opportunities for great team members to take on additional responsibility and advance within the company. This is a stable, full-time leadership position averaging approximately 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for leading a crew of approximately 3-5 team members and helping ensure the store operates smoothly during your shift. Typical Schedule The normal schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, approximately with additional hours as needed to average approximately 40 hours per week. Occasional Saturdays will be required. We understand that consistency matters. While some flexibility is necessary in our industry, our goal is to provide a dependable and predictable work schedule that allows our leaders to plan their lives outside of work. Responsibilities As a Team Leader, you will work alongside your crew while also being responsible for the performance of the shift.

Responsibilities include:

⁠ ⁠Lead and manage a team of approximately 3-5 employees ⁠ ⁠Run the POS, bar, and customer-service areas as needed ⁠ ⁠Keep the team organized, productive, and focused throughout the shift ⁠ ⁠Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage ⁠ ⁠Complete and maintain accurate inventory counts ⁠ ⁠Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs ⁠ ⁠Delegate daily responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed ⁠ ⁠Coach and train team members ⁠ ⁠Maintain Grit

+ Grind standards for customer service, drink quality, cleanliness, and speed ⁠ ⁠Handle customer concerns professionally ⁠ ⁠Communicate staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational issues to management ⁠ ⁠Help ensure the store is properly prepared for the following day Who We're Looking For This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable leading others, and looking for somewhere they can grow.
