Position Overview We are hiring a Part-Time Associate to join our team. This role includes customer service, operating the register, sorting and tagging donations, unloading items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and respectful customer service Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Sort, tag, and prepare donated items for resale Unload donations, including furniture and boxed items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Assist with pricing, stocking, and merchandising Support the mission through positive customer interactions Qualifications Dependable and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods Able to regularly lift and move up to 40 lbs Retail or thrift experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $11/hour Part-time hours (20 to 30) with flexible scheduling Saturdays required Closed on Sundays Why Join Our Team?
