We are seeking dependable Closing Team Leads and Crew Members to oversee night operations and support our team at our Cullman location. This role involves leading evening shifts, ensuring proper store closing procedures by 10:00 PM, and assisting with food preparation. Responsibilities:

Lead evening shifts and ensure smooth store closing by 10:00 PM Slice meats and cheeses fresh to order Guide closing staff, maintain kitchen speed, and enforce food safety standards Support team members in daily operations and uphold company policies

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old to operate meat-slicing equipment Consistent availability during evenings, weekends, and closing shifts Strong leadership skills (for Lead applicants) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, team-oriented attitude

Pay:

$11.00 - $14.00 per hour
