Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their preferences and needs Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer balancing Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store remains clean, attractive, and well-merchandised Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, store policies, and promotions Supervise or assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for seamless transactions Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery environments is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory counts Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and customer engagement strategies Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising standards, and stock management practices Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Familiarity with grocery store or alcohol retail experience is advantageous for understanding product categories and regulations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while sharing your expertise in fine spirits! Pay:
