The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to promote jewelry sales, and maintaining an inviting shopping environment. This role requires a talkative personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sales transactions accurately. The Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and driving sales growth. 2-5% commission is also given. Responsibilities Assist customers by providing personalized service and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience Promote and sell jewelry items through engaging conversations and product recommendations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash drawer management and processing payments Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive kiosk display to attract customer interest Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions, discounts, and change-making Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Support inventory management by restocking displays and monitoring product availability Adhere to all safety and security procedures related to cash handling and merchandise protection Skills Excellent communication skills with a talkative and approachable demeanor Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage customers effectively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience or comfort with retail sales environments, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods Ability to handle cash drawer operations responsibly and securely Outgoing personality with the confidence to initiate conversations and build rapport with customers Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills within a dynamic retail environment while providing excellent service to customers.
