We are seeking a driven, motivated professional to join our Alabama team as an Junior Sales Associate promoting Leafguard gutter systems. The Junior Sales Associate role is highly customer-facing and ideal for someone who thrives on personal interaction, relationship-building, and problem-solving. You'll meet directly with homeowners, take the time to understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that enhance both their homes and their quality of life. Junior Sales Associate Duties:

Conduct in-home consultations with customers to present Leafguard solutions. Set and confirm appointments with homeowners. Build rapport and trust through professional, customer-focused interactions. Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight product benefits. Negotiate and close sales for our customers with confidence. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes. Collaborate with other Junior Sales Associate team members to achieve collective goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Junior Sales Associate Qualities:

Proven ability to connect with customers and build relationships. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Prior experience as an Junior Sales Associate is highly desirable Competitive spirit with a focus on achieving results. Ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups. Experience in home improvement, customer service or direct sales preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Resilience, adaptability, and a drive to succeed.
