As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of our brand—delivering great food and exceptional service with a smile. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities. Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and personal growth.
