Job Description

Join our hospitality team as a Retail Attendant and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests. You'll maintain an attractive and well-stocked Gift Shop while providing friendly, knowledgeable service and assisting guests with their purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, personalized service. Maintain clean, organized, and attractive merchandise displays. Restock and organize merchandise and assist with inventory. Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly. Answer questions about products, pricing, and resort amenities. Assist guests in finding merchandise and ensure purchases are neatly packaged. Follow safety and security procedures to protect guests, associates, and merchandise.
