Job Description
Shades is hiring key holders/sales associates! We are seeking outgoing staff to work at our stores in Orange Beach, AL.

Since 2004 Shades has been a leading retailer in casual apparel and offers the largest selection of high-end sunglasses. With 10 stores across 3 states, our customers have grown to expect a level of customer service and a fun shopping atmosphere not found at any other retailer on the planet.Sales Associate/Key Holder Expectations:
- Accommodate customers with the highest level of customer service.
- Complete training sessions and become knowledgable of all products in the store.
- Ability to multi-task and follow through with daily requirements from managers and customers.
- Assist managers in the shipping and receiving of product.
- Comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Opening and Closing procedures.
- Inventory management.
