$13.00 - $16.00 per hour + Commission & Sales Incentives Rich's Car Wash, a family-owned express car wash company with 45+ locations across six states, is hiring Sales & Customer Service Associates (CSAs) for our Spanish Fort, AL location. Educate customers on wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships. Recommend products and confidently ask for the sale. Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction. Achieve individual and team sales goals. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site. Support teammates to ensure a great customer experience. Represent Rich's Car Wash with a positive, customer-first attitude. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Strong communication and customer service skills. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, banking, fitness, and commission-based sales experience are encouraged but not required. Physical Requirements To perform the essential functions of this position, candidates must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift. Frequently bend, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly. Work around moving vehicles and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, cold, rain, and direct sunlight. Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure customer and team member safety.
