Bachelor's degree in business management, or an equivalent degree preferred. Kinesiology experience/degree preferred. YMCA approved certifications in personal training, group fitness. CPR/AED/First Aid required.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of supervision, program development, budget management, fundraising, and community collaboration experience preferred. Previous YMCA or not-for-profit experience preferredProven Expertise:
Experience in staff development, staff supervision and development, quality assurance and implementation, and fiscal management and budgeting; Demonstrated ability to manage employees and budget oversight, team development and performance management; Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and align department initiatives with organizational goals. Proficient in operational and accounting software; YMCA branding software, Payroll HRIS software experience; Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other software programs as needed.
