The position offers commission after the conclusion of your training period. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections related to flooring. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and refunds. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment. Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and replenishment of samples. Engage with customers via phone communication to answer questions about products or services and schedule work or consultations. Experience Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated organizational skills for managing stock levels and maintaining a tidy store environment.
