We are looking for a motivated, personable sales professional to help customers choose the right furniture and mattresses and confidently close sales in our showroom. PJs handles the majority of the marketing and brings sales opportunities into the store, allowing our sales team to focus on creating an excellent customer experience and earning the sale. RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly, learn what they need, and guide them through our furniture and mattress selection. Explain product features, pricing, promotions, availability, and financing clearly and accurately. Manage sales from the first conversation through checkout, follow-up, and customer communication. Build relationships that encourage repeat business, five-star reviews, and customer referrals. Maintain current product knowledge and help keep the showroom organized, clean, and inviting. Participate in approved networking and referral-building activities as part of the role. Provide secondary fulfillment support when needed, including occasional truck unloads, customer pickups, delivery preparation, inventory assistance, and showroom setup projects.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This active retail role requires standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, and safely lift or move furniture, mattresses, and merchandise weighing 75 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
COMPENSATION
Compensation combines base pay with performance-based commission. Estimated total annual earnings are $40,000-$50,000+. This is a full-time Saturday-Wednesday position, 10 AM-7 PM, with Thursday and Friday off. Weekend availability is required. Apply through Indeed with your resume. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Application Question(s): This is a full-time Saturday-Wednesday position, 10 AM-7 PM, with Thursday and Friday off. Weekend availability is required. Is this schedule something you can consistently commit to? Most of this role is spent in our store helping customers and selling furniture and mattresses. You would also attend a weekly BNI networking meeting and maintain relationships with our existing referral partners, including physical therapists, chiropractors, storage facilities, and realtors. This is relationship building, not cold calling. Part of your pay is based on sales performance and commission. Does this mix of in-store sales, networking, and performance-based pay appeal to you?
