Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs or inquiries Educate customers about upcoming sales, events, and store merchandise Process transactions accurately using cash, debit/credit, and electronic payment methods (e.g., CashApp, Apple Pay) Package or repackage products for purchase or return to displays Communicate store rules and policies clearly to customers Assist customers with navigating our online store and social media platforms Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, including proper product displays Perform routine opening and closing tasks (e.g., setting up/shutting down registers, sweeping, window cleaning, trash removal) Organize inventory and prepare items for restocking with efficiency and care Follow management direction to restock products using proper techniques Ensure a safe and clean working environment Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
