Demonstrate product features and perform product demos to highlight benefits and functionalities. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling. Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer value and store sales. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing inventory efficiently. Handle retail store product knowledge confidently to answer customer questions about devices, plans, and services. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via digital communication channels. Support cashiering duties including cash drawer handling, retail math calculations, and processing retail sales transactions accurately. Conduct product demos to educate customers on new technology features and benefits. Assist in supervising team members when needed, contributing to a collaborative store environment focused on achieving sales goals. Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual setting is highly valued. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations, retail math calculations, and cash handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences. Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining customer trust.
