Job Description

We build long-term relationships—not one-time transactions. This is a full-time position with a consistent five-day schedule, with Thursdays and Fridays off:

- You keep your commitments, show up prepared, and understand that consistency builds trust with customers and teammates alike. Experience
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in pet retail, veterinary medicine, animal care, or other health-focused environments is valuable and may qualify you for higher starting pay because it shortens the learning curve.
- However, many of our most successful team members came from outside the pet industry.
- We can teach pet nutrition and product knowledge.
You should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking throughout the workday
- Safely lifting and stocking inventory, including pet food bags weighing up to 40 pounds
