you'll act as a liaison between our Radiology Imaging center and the SPANISH medical community, and will get the opportunity to utilize your creativity through the creation of marketing materials. You will also analyze markets and competition, lead/conduct presentations, and manage a territory.

SALES MARKETING

position is available for outgoing person with sales experience. Position requires a self-motivated individual to cultivate and maintain current referring physician relationships but primarily to develop new physician referrals. This position requires driving to offices throughout the Valley and other local areas on a daily basis. Applicant must have reliable vehicle and valid insurance and valid driver license. Required Skills All candidates must have outgoing, extroverted, high energy personality and have a history of exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment. Outstanding communication skills. The ability to build strong business relationships with office staff as well as ordering providers. Health care experience a plus but a proven track record in other business to business focused industries will be considered. Past experience that demonstrates ability to process and retain new information. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and a solid understanding of retail sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in both languages, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience Promote and sell products or services effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and managing cash register operations Maintain precise records of sales, returns, and exchanges using retail software systems Support loan processing and collections activities when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies Assist customers with inquiries related to retail lending options and financial services Conduct data entry for customer information, sales records, and transaction details with attention to accuracy Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals

Skills:

Proven experience in retail sales or similar customer-facing roles Knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous Familiarity with retail store operations and cash management procedures Strong math skills, including basic math, retail math, and 10 key typing proficiency Ability to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately Experience with retail software systems and financial software applications Excellent communication skills in both English and another language; bilingual proficiency is essential Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of loan collections, loan processing, cashiering, and retail lending practices is desirable This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in retail sales within a supportive environment.
