Duties Assist in managing daily golf operations, including tee times, reservations, and course maintenance coordination Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Support staff supervision by overseeing team members' performance during shifts and ensuring smooth workflow Help organize and execute special events, tournaments, and club functions to enhance member engagement Manage operational tasks such as cash handling. Contribute to operational management by assisting with inventory control, and safety standards Support management decision-making through effective communication, data collection, and reporting on club activities Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or sports management environment; events management experience is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution Ability to handle shift management responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of operational management practices including budgeting, cash handling.
