Job Description

Job Overview JE Photobooth is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and tech-comfortable Photo Booth Attendant / Operator to join our growing team. We provide modern photo booth experiences for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, school events, private parties, and other celebrations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. This is a part-time, event-based position with variable hours , primarily on evenings and weekends. No prior photo booth experience is required — hands-on training will be provided . Initially, you will work alongside the owner and learn how to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and break down our photo booth equipment. As you become fully trained, the goal is for you to confidently operate events independently and represent JE Photobooth when the owner is unavailable or multiple events are booked. We're looking for someone dependable, professional, friendly with guests, comfortable learning technology, and interested in growing with the company. Responsibilities Transport, set up, operate, and break down photo booth equipment at event venues Learn to independently operate our DSLR photo booth systems, printers, lighting, tablets, and photo booth software Arrive on time and complete setup before scheduled event start times Test equipment before events to ensure everything is operating properly Greet guests and create a fun, welcoming photo booth experience Assist guests with taking photos, printing, and digital sharing Keep the photo booth, backdrop, props, and surrounding area clean and organized Monitor print quality and replace printer media when needed Perform basic troubleshooting if equipment, software, cameras, lighting, or printers experience issues Communicate professionally with clients, venue staff, coordinators, and other vendors Follow event instructions and JE Photobooth setup/service standards Carefully handle, load, unload, and protect company equipment Eventually manage and operate full events independently after completing training Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to event locations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle Available primarily Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and occasional weekdays Comfortable with an on-call/event-based schedule with no guaranteed weekly hours Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages Comfortable using computers, tablets, cameras, printers, and learning new technology Able to follow detailed setup and troubleshooting instructions Able to safely lift and transport photo booth equipment and supplies Professional appearance and communication Ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced event environment Willingness to learn and receive hands-on training Photography or photo booth experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 10.0 per week
