Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in both English and Korean bilingual settings. Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued.
