Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner Identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations Develop strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service Effectively communicate product features, benefits, fit, sizing, and styling options Actively promote products and contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques when appropriate Maintain a strong knowledge of the brand, products, collections, and current promotions Assist customers with fitting, styling, and product selection Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory-related tasks Operate POS and process transactions accurately Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards Work collaboratively with team members to support overall store performance Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively at all times Qualifications Previous retail, fashion, apparel, or sales experience preferred Strong interest in fashion, athleisure, and activewear Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English and Korean are required Spanish language skill is a plus Outgoing, friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers Strong sales and customer service mindset Ability to understand customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional Willingness to follow company policies and procedures Weekend availability is required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform routine retail tasks What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys interacting with people, and is motivated by sales.
