Sales Associate:

Sales Associates at Catalina Paints are all about superior customer service, both for contractors as well as walk-in retail customers.

Essential duties include:

Learning about the paint industry (we provide the learning tools) Addressing customer needs, asking questions about their project, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs Communicating with customers in person and over the phone Keeping our sales floor stocked with merchandise, and properly maintained Learn to properly use required equipment, such as tint machines and paint shakers Clean and maintain all areas of store and equipment as required Conduct self in professional manner at all times Becoming a valued member of the store team

Position Requirements:
