Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and recommend suitable vitamin and supplement products. Assist customers with product demos, explaining benefits and usage instructions to enhance their shopping experience. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are well-displayed according to merchandising standards. Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant items to boost sales. Maintain knowledge of store inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and handle stockroom organization. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support cashiering duties with basic math skills for transactions, cash drawer handling, and balancing registers at shift end. Engage in product demos to educate customers about health benefits and proper supplement use. Foster a positive shopping environment through effective communication skills and friendly customer interactions. Requirements Previous retail experience preferred, especially supervising or leading small teams. Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations is desirable. Knowledge of vitamin and supplement products or willingness to learn store product knowledge. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in-store and over the phone.
