As the direct descendant of Louis Cartier and the designer behind iconic celebrity engagement rings worn by Paris Hilton, Amy Adams, and Eva Longoria, Jean Dousset brings a unique heritage and design pedigree to the evolving world of lab-grown diamonds. Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join our team in West Hollywood. This role is responsible for driving sales performance through a highly personalized, relationship-driven approach while exercising independent judgment in managing the full client lifecycle. This position requires a high level of ownership, discretion, and accountability in delivering an elevated luxury experience and contributing to overall boutique success. Key Responsibilities Client Development & Sales Leadership Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients Drive revenue through personalized clienteling strategies and relationship development Exercise independent judgment in tailoring the sales approach based on client needs and preferences Lead high-value transactions and guide clients through complex purchasing decisions Proactively identify opportunities to increase conversion and average transaction value Client Experience & Brand Representation Deliver a best-in-class luxury experience through personalized appointments and consultations Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining deep knowledge of products, craftsmanship, and market positioning Handle client concerns and special requests with professionalism and sound judgment Boutique Ownership Maintain overall boutique presentation and readiness aligned with brand standards Support opening and closing procedures while ensuring operational excellence Partner with team members to uphold merchandising and inventory standards Business Contribution Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage client relationships and drive repeat business Contribute insights on client behavior, sales trends, and market opportunities in the area Collaborate with leadership to support boutique performance and growth What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in fine jewelry, luxury retail or high-ticket sales Proven track record of driving significant sales volume Strong clienteling experience with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in a client-facing role Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$80,000

•$95,000

Commission:

Monthly team-based commission pool distributed equally among boutique Client Advisors Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and life insurance Paid time off Employee jewelry discount
