We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the best products for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting vape products based on their preferences and experience level. Educate customers on vaping devices, e-liquids, coils, and accessories. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making personalized recommendations. Process sales transactions using the POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately. Stay informed on current promotions, new arrivals, and industry trends. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Verify customer age (21+) and enforce ID-checking policies to comply with vaping regulations. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product displays. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to sell vape products. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (experience in a vape shop is a plus). Strong knowledge of vaping products and industry trends is a plus (training provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
