What You'll Do as an Internet Sales Associate Connect with business customers to introduce AT&T products, services, and business solutions that align with their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients through professional, customer-focused support. Assist with account enrollments, service upgrades, account maintenance, and customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish. Stay up to date on AT&T business products, promotions, and service offerings to provide accurate recommendations. Maintain organized customer records and document account interactions with accuracy and attention to detail. What We're Looking For in an Internet Sales Associate High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
