None About Us Entro is a women's contemporary wholesale apparel brand specializing in trend-driven clothing for boutiques and retailers. Our collections reflect a modern, feminine aesthetic, combining current fashion trends with versatile, wearable styles. Our media team produces professional eCommerce photography, seasonal lookbooks, and marketing content to showcase our latest collections. We are looking for a detail-oriented, fashion-forward Stylist Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day styling and production process. Position Overview We are seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Stylist Assistant to support our Lead Stylist during daily eCommerce photoshoots, seasonal lookbook productions, and other creative projects. This is a hands-on role that involves preparing garments, assisting with on-model styling, coordinating samples and accessories, and maintaining an organized studio environment. The Stylist Assistant will also contribute to writing product descriptions and maintaining accurate photoshoot tracking records to ensure our merchandise is presented consistently across our online platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in women's contemporary fashion, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPhotoshoot & Styling Support
  • Assist the Lead Stylist during daily eCommerce photoshoots, seasonal lookbooks, and other creative productions.
  • Steam, prepare, and organize garments to ensure all pieces are camera-ready.
  • Assist with dressing models, making on-set adjustments, and ensuring garments are styled and presented appropriately.
  • Pull, coordinate, and organize accessories, including shoes, jewelry, handbags, and other styling pieces.
  • Support the Lead Stylist in creating cohesive looks that reflect Entro's brand aesthetic and seasonal direction.
  • Help maintain an efficient photoshoot workflow by preparing upcoming outfits and keeping track of completed styles.
  • Identify and address styling details such as wrinkles, garment fit, and overall presentation before and during photography. Product Descriptions & Fashion Knowledge
  • Write clear, accurate, and engaging product descriptions for our eCommerce website.
  • Highlight key product details, including fit, silhouette, design features, and styling versatility.
  • Develop an understanding of Entro's collections to ensure consistency in product descriptions and styling.
  • Stay informed on current fashion trends and contribute fresh styling ideas and inspiration. Sample Management & Photoshoot Tracking
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track photographed styles, accurately marking completed items.
  • Maintain an organized flow of merchandise, samples, and accessories throughout the photoshoot process.
  • Prepare, organize, and return garment racks before and after each shoot.
  • Track and coordinate samples between the photo studio and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain the styling closet, ensuring garments, shoes, accessories, and styling supplies are organized and easily accessible. Studio Organization & Maintenance
  • Keep the photoshoot area clean, orderly, and presentable throughout the day.
  • Assist with general studio preparation, breakdown, and other production-related tasks.
  • Ensure garments, accessories, and styling tools are properly stored and returned after use.
  • Work collaboratively with the media team to maintain an efficient, professional studio environment. Qualifications
  • Strong interest in women's contemporary fashion, styling, and current trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in garment presentation and visual styling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced photoshoot environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, updating style trackers, and maintaining accurate product records.
  • Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking direction while also working independently.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with Lead stylist, photographer, models, and other team members.
  • Ability to perform hands-on studio tasks, including standing for extended periods, steaming garments, and organizing merchandise. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Stylist Assistant, Fashion Assistant, Wardrobe Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience assisting with eCommerce photography, editorial shoots, or fashion lookbook production.
  • Familiarity with women's contemporary apparel, fabrics, garment construction, and styling techniques.
  • Experience writing fashion product descriptions or eCommerce product copy.
  • Experience working in a fashion studio, showroom, or apparel company.
