In this role, you'll work directly with customers at retail locations and community events, helping them explore wireless products and get set up with reliable service. As a Sales Team Member, you will: Assist customers in person with questions about wireless products and services. Help customers choose options that fit their needs and budget. Guide customers through simple account setup and enrollment steps. Provide friendly, professional support throughout the process. Stay up to date on current promotions and service options. Work with your team to meet daily and weekly goals.
