We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and sales-oriented Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our team. Position Overview The Front Desk & Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting members, managing front-desk operations, and helping grow facility sales. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and confident recommending memberships, programs, lessons, events, and retail products. Responsibilities Greet every guest in a friendly and professional manner Answer questions about memberships, pricing, programs, lessons, and events Promote and sell memberships, court reservations, programs, and merchandise Follow up with prospective members and sales leads Assist guests with account creation, check-in, payments, and reservations Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Maintain accurate sales, payment, and customer records Help resolve guest concerns professionally Keep the front desk, retail area, and shared spaces clean and organized Monitor court activity and support smooth facility operations Assist with events, promotions, and member engagement Work toward individual and team sales goals Complete other front-desk and facility duties as assigned Qualifications Strong customer-service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations Sales experience is preferred Front-desk, hospitality, fitness, recreation, or retail experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and payment platforms Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a busy environment Willing to learn about pickleball, PikLab programs, and membership options Able to work independently and as part of a team Compensation $22
