Position Overview We are looking for team members who are energetic, fashion-forward, and dedicated to providing exceptional in-store experiences. Candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to make customers feel welcome will stand out. A positive attitude, a passion for helping people, and commitment to your role at Studio 12.20 will set you up for success! Schedule & Availability Must have open weekend availability (will work at least one Saturday or Sunday per week) Must be able to open or close the store Approximately 20-25 hours per week Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership qualities and team spirit Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Passion for fashion and current trends Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment Openings available at our Downtown and Coronado location!
