The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging in customer service interactions, generating leads, closing sales, and collaborating with team members to develop sales strategies. The role also involves providing product or service training to clients when needed and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish & English is required Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs 3+ Years experience in Sales and Lead Management to meet and exceed performance goals Ability to deliver effective Training sessions and demonstrate product knowledge to clients Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Previous experience in the financial sector or a related industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
