We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Position Overview As a Budtender, you'll create an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll build genuine connections with customers, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, and help create a welcoming environment where every customer feels comfortable asking questions. You'll also spend time at the Front Desk, greeting guests, assisting with new customer registrations, and ensuring every visitor receives a friendly, positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service while building positive relationships with customers and coworkers. Ask thoughtful questions to recommend products that best meet each customer's needs. Process sales accurately using the POS system, monitor till totals, and request change as needed. Maintain awareness of customer concerns and communicate issues to management. Keep the sales floor and shared work areas clean and organized. Participate in ongoing product education and adapt to changing products, regulations, and company policies.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Fast-paced dispensary environment with moderate to loud noise and frequent customer interaction. Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift and frequently bend, reach, and stretch. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and regularly use POS systems, computers, and other workplace equipment.

Compensation & Perks Pay:
