Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, using your retail product knowledge to highlight features and benefits. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management. Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, encouraging upselling opportunities. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring attractive visual merchandising displays. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions with professionalism and maintaining positive phone etiquette. Assist with cashiering duties, including processing returns, exchanges, and managing cash register operations accurately. Support the store's merchandising efforts by maintaining organized displays and ensuring products are well-presented for maximum appeal. Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customers effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales totals and change dispensing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices.
