Cashier / Store Associate1. Job Responsibilities Assist customers with ordering, payment, and basic customer service; Prepare fruit and dessert products; Restock products and maintain an organized and clean store environment; Assist with receiving deliveries and other daily store operations; Follow company standards for opening and closing procedures. 2. Work Schedule Requirements Must be available to work at least 3-4 days per week ; candidates who can work 5 days per week are preferred ; Must be available for some weekend shifts; Must be able to work on a stable, long-term basis; Must be flexible with scheduling, including morning, mid-day, and closing shifts; Additional schedule flexibility may be required during holidays and busy periods. 3.

Sample Shifts Morning Shift:

9:00 AM-1:30 PM, approximately 4.5 hours

Mid-Day Shift:

1:15 PM-5:45 PM, approximately 4.5 hours

Closing Shift:

5:30 PM-10:20 PM, approximately 5 hours Actual working hours may be adjusted based on store operating needs and employee scheduling . 4. Basic Qualifications Responsible, punctual, reliable, and attentive to work; Able to communicate proactively with customers and coworkers; Able to follow company SOPs for product preparation, restocking, and cleaning; Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced store environment; Previous restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is preferred; Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience. 5. Training and Probationary Period New employees will receive job-related training after hiring. The first two weeks will be the training period; After completing training, employees will enter a three-month probationary evaluation period; The company will evaluate each employee based on learning ability, attitude, attendance, teamwork, and overall job performance to determine continued employment and future shift assignments.
