RETAIL TEAM LEAD

Full-Time | Includes 1 weekend DAY! Love pets, people and keeping a busy store organized? Dexter's Deli is looking for an experienced, friendly and highly organized Retail Team Lead to help guide our small store team and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Our team is typically 5-6 people, so this is a hands-on leadership role . You'll work alongside the team while helping set priorities, delegate tasks, manage inventory and follow up to make sure things get done. We're looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative and can confidently provide direction while remaining positive, approachable and supportive. Friendly, dependable and a strong communicator. Help manage day-to-day retail inventory tasks, receiving and stock organization. Understands inventory reports, purchase orders and ordering levels. Self-starter who leads by example and jump in wherever needed. Comfortable balancing leadership with working on the sales floor. Must love of dogs and cats and an interest in natural pet health.
