We're hiring a motivated Bilingual Sales Associate to represent AT&T Fiber and help customers find internet services that fit their needs. This is a full-time, customer-facing sales opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable sales and enrollment goals. As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you'll communicate with customers in English and Spanish, introduce AT&T Fiber services, explain available options, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales and enrollment process. You'll receive hands-on coaching while developing practical experience in sales, customer engagement, telecommunications, and customer enrollment. What You'll Do Engage customers in English and Spanish to identify needs, present AT&T Fiber options, and create sales opportunities. Conduct customer conversations focused on sales, enrollment, AT&T Fiber, and available internet services. Explain AT&T Fiber features, benefits, pricing, and service options clearly to help customers make informed decisions. Build customer relationships through confident communication, product education, and a professional sales approach. Guide customers through the enrollment process, complete information accurately, and maintain a positive customer experience. Work with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales and enrollment goals. What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers. High school diploma or GED with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills. Goal-oriented and motivated to develop a career in sales, with the ability to learn products, handle customer questions, and work toward sales goals. Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is valued. Why Join Us?
