Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Consultant / Retail Sales Associate to join our team in California. We are a global home furnishings and lifestyle brand focused on design-driven, affordable luxury home products, including furniture, décor, and lighting. Our goal is to help customers create beautiful and functional living spaces with modern, stylish, and accessible design. This is a great opportunity for bilingual candidates (English + Chinese) who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and are motivated by both customer service and sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Help customers find products and provide personalized recommendations Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation Operate POS system and process transactions accurately Provide product information and answer customer questions Support sales goals through upselling and cross-selling Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Experience & Skills:

Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Basic math skills for transactions Bilingual (English + Chinese ) strongly preferred

Employment & Schedule:

Part-time, non-exempt (overtime according to law) Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Employees will receive legally required meal and rest breaks

Salary & Benefits:
