We specialize in anime and manga-themed merchandise, trading card games (TCG), and TCG tournaments. We're looking for friendly, dependable, conscientious, anime and TCG enthusiasts to join our dynamic retail team as Sales Associates. In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting while creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs, answer questions about products, and provide expert advice to help fans find what they love. POS (Point of Sale)

Operations:

operate POS systems accurately, handle payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

Inventory & Stocking:

Receive and check in new shipments, unbox merchandise, price items, and keep shelves and displays fully stocked and organized.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the sales floor, checkout counter, bathrooms, and backroom clean, orderly, and welcoming.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions and provide product information in multiple languages if applicable

Team Support:

Assist with store promotions, restocks, TCG events, and other day-to-day duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus, but not required (willing to train the right candidate!). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an upbeat, customer-first attitude. Strong communication skills in English are necessary; multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have to serve diverse customer needs. Interest or familiarity with anime, manga, collectibles, or trading card games is a huge plus; enthusiasm for the same is essential. Basic retail math and point-of-sale (POS) register skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays). Organizational skills for stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory efficiently are helpful. Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25-30 lbs. Work Schedule Our sales associates typically work 7-hour shifts with one 30-min paid meal break and one 10-min paid rest break. We have two sales associate shifts per day; hours may vary by location requirements as we open in new locations.
