Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Budtender, where you will be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring each guest receives personalized service and accurate product recommendations. As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll educate customers on product effects, usage, and responsible consumption, all while fostering trust and satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine retail sales skills with industry-specific knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service through active listening and tailored product suggestions Educate customers on different cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, including product demos when appropriate Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring products are well-organized and appealing Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain compliance with all regulations regarding age verification, product labeling, and security protocols Support store operations by performing basic cashier duties, phone etiquette inquiries, and assisting with stock replenishment Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product details clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to conduct engaging product demos and upsell effectively to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management to ensure an attractive store presentation Excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills in a fast-paced grocery or retail setting Join us in delivering exceptional service while promoting responsible use of our products!
