If you love taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and putting them back together, this is the perfect role for you! What You'll Do As a Sales Associate at Battieres Plus, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of electronic devices. As well as learning about all types of batteries and light bulbs in order to help assist customers with advice and installation.

Diagnose & Repair:

Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices (including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and water damage recovery).

Customer Service:

Greet customers, listen to their device issues, provide accurate repair estimates, and explain the repair process clearly.

Device Testing:

Test repaired devices to ensure all functionality is fully restored before returning them to the customer.

Cross-Training:

Learn to build, assemble, and test custom battery packs, and perform smart home/automotive key fob programming. Keep it

Clean:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair workstation and store environment.

What We're Looking For Experience:

1+ years of experience repairing smartphones and tablets (iPhone, Samsung, iPad, etc.) is highly preferred. Willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude.

Technical Skills:

Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision when working with small tools and delicate components.

Certifications:

WISE level 2 certification or any other electronics repair certification is a major plus.

Customer Focus:

Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.

Reliability:

A team player who is punctual, adaptable, and eager to learn new technical skills.
