Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Crew Members to join our team at our Encinitas, CA. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of NuYo Frozen Yogurt, providing excellent customer service, preparing delicious frozen yogurt, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet customers with a smile, provide information about our products, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Yogurt Preparation:

Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and toppings according to company standards.

Cash Handling:

Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the yogurt machines, counters, and seating areas.

Stock Management:

Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring products are fresh and properly displayed.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred but not required.

Customer Focus:

Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Communication:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Team Player:

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Reliability:

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Flexibility:
