In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for online customers interested in purchasing or leasing vehicles. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and dealership services. Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline by engaging potential customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and personalized outreach. Present compelling vehicle options, negotiate deals effectively, and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and upselling additional products or services such as extended warranties or accessories. Manage inventory information within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress accurately. Skills Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments with a focus on internet sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are highly desirable) with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation. Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems to support sales pipeline development and client relationship building. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and discounts. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently while achieving sales targets. Knowledge of automotive financing options, vehicle sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Experience in automotive industry sales including passenger car sales, upselling strategies, deal closing techniques, and inventory control.
