The ideal candidate must be Punctual and responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently processing transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A background in Retail and store operations is preferred. Interviews will be held in our Escondido Store Location, Address Provided upon Resume Review.

Duties:

• Opening and Closing of Store Depending on Shift with exceptional cleanliness habits.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling protocols are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
• Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and surrounding displays.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and support supervisory tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred, especially in a diverse store setting.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and Sales.
• Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
