Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Assist customers with product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing through effective merchandising Manage retail math tasks such as calculating discounts, totals, and change accurately using basic math skills Handle cashiering duties including cash drawer handling, processing returns, and managing retail sales transactions efficiently Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by stocking products and conducting regular stock checks Apply strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist in supervising new staff when needed Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for smooth retail sales transactions Previous supervising experience is a plus for supporting team leadership and store operations Ability to conduct product demos confidently to educate customers and promote sales Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong phone etiquette coupled with excellent communication skills for customer interactions both in-store and over the phone Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and inventory stocking procedures Familiarity with retail math concepts including discounts, totals, and cash handling procedures Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while managing a cash drawer responsibly Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Basic math skills necessary for processing transactions efficiently and accurately Join us in creating an inviting shopping environment where every customer feels valued!
