Elevation Energy Solutions is hiring for its Electrical Division. This is a sales job. You'll run daily, pre-booked in-home electrical inspections across Greater Sacramento, show homeowners what's wrong or outdated, and sell the fix. No electrical experience needed. We train you. We hand you the appointments. You bring the work ethic and the close. What we do We're electricians. We upgrade and repair the electrical systems in people's homes: Main service panel upgrades Whole-home rewires and knob-and-tube replacement Emergency electrical repairs and troubleshooting Standby generators Battery backup systems EV charger installs Permanent outdoor lighting Solar (service, repair, and new systems) What you'll do Run 3-5 company-provided inspection appointments per day (no cold knocking) Perform a 10-15 minute visual home electrical check: thermal scan, outlet testing, photos, measurements Walk the homeowner through what you found and present the right upgrade or repair on the spot Close the sale and finish the site survey before you leave, so no second trip is needed Log everything in ServiceTitan and our in-house CRM (Atlas) - fully digital, end to end Build your own referral network on top of the leads we give you Report to the Rocklin office for daily huddles, training, and vehicle/equipment pickup What you get Commission-only, uncapped. Top reps clear $250,000+. First-year reps typically land $70,000-$120,000.
