As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, strengthen your communication skills, and gain valuable knowledge in sales and marketing strategies that help drive customer success. What You'll Do Learn the fundamentals of consultative sales and marketing through paid training. Meet with customers to introduce products, services, and current promotional offers. Assist customers with enrollment, account setup, and required documentation. Apply marketing techniques to create engaging customer interactions and recommend solutions based on individual needs. Build lasting customer relationships through professional, friendly service. Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures. Collaborate with teammates on marketing initiatives and customer outreach efforts. Participate in ongoing leadership, sales, and marketing development programs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable working in a people-focused, goal-oriented environment.
