This position supports day-to-day dispensary operations while delivering excellent customer service and helping maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and team workflow
• Assist with inventory organization and stock management
• Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Educate customers on cannabis products and methods of consumption
• Verify customer identification and age requirements
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Communicate operational issues or customer concerns to management
• Stay informed on cannabis products and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, hospitality, or dispensary experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Cannabis knowledge preferred
• Inventory or POS experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
