Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including upselling products and processing payments accurately Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales opportunities Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive store presentation aligned with merchandising standards Assist in inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock counts, and reporting low inventory levels Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries, ensuring clear communication and professional service preparation of food and beverages Requirements Previous restaurant and/or fast food experience required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers in bilingual environments if applicable Basic math skills for handling transactions, retail math calculations, and cash register operations Knowledge of store product knowledge and merchandising principles is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting merchandise, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales transactions enhances efficiency but is not mandatory—training will be available Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to teamwork Join us as a Store Team Member and be part of an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
